As a first responder you are trained to step in when others are facing their worst moments. You carry responsibility, stay calm under pressure, and often put the needs of others ahead of your own.

Over time this kind of commitment takes a toll.

Supporting Those Who Serve

Why specialized support matters.

Not every therapist understands the unique realities of life as a first responder. Before becoming a trauma therapist, I worked as a nurse, which gives me a deep appreciation for what it means to work, long shifts, function on little rest, and carry the weight of what you see and experience on the job.

As licensed & EMDR certified therapist I am able to help guide you:

Process critical incidents and traumatic experiences

Reduce the weight of cumulative stress

Improve relationships and family dynamics

Manage burnout and compassion fatigue

Find healthy ways to cope with grief and loss

reconnect with a sense of purpose and resilience

Reaching out for support can feel like one of the hardest steps, but it may also be the most important one for you and the people who depend on you.
“ We don’t have to do it all of it alone. We were never meant to.”
